Important notice: Information about the US Ultra Short strategies should not be used to represent or replace information about the UBS Ultra Short Income Fund.

Mutual funds are sold by prospectus. Investors should carefully read and consider a mutual Fund's investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information about the Fund. You may obtain a prospectus by selecting the "Documents" tab on the UBS Ultra Short Income Fund webpage accessible above.

Special considerations:
Investors in the UBS Ultra Short Income Fund should be able to withstand short-term fluctuations in the fixed income markets in return for potentially higher returns over the long term. The value of the Fund’s portfolio changes every day and may be affected by changes in interest rates, general market conditions, and other political, social and economic developments, as well as specific matters relating to the issuers and companies in whose securities the Fund invests. Shares of Funds are not deposits or obligations of any bank or government agency and are not guaranteed by the FDIC or any other agency.

There are fees associated with investing in separately managed accounts. Portfolio returns will be reduced by advisory fees and other expenses incurred by the client. Advisory fees are described in Part II of Form ADV for UBS Asset Management (Americas) Inc. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investment, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than its original value. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
An investor should carefully read and consider the investment objective, risks, and charges and expenses of the strategies before investing. You may obtain information about a strategy by contacting UBS Asset Management at 212-882 5368.
